1.Box structure
1.1. Tank material: using 3mm thick stainless steel plate welding, around the ARC angle design, sealing no leakage, around the box reinforced structure, strong box, good compression performance.
1.2. Shell material: the external use of 1.2 mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate by anti-rust treatment after plastic spray, stainless steel can also be used.
1.3. Insulation material: using 100K high-level insulation cotton, six-sided insulation heat insulation, insulation thickness of 80mm-150mm, good insulation performance.
1.4 carrier shelf: the space between layers can be adjusted according to the size of objects, and the space utilization rate is high.
2. Temperature control system
Japan Omron intelligent temperature controller, Constant Temperature Control mode, PID automatic calculation, with sensor wire break alarm function, with over-temperature alarm protection function, to ensure the safety of product operation.
3. Control the temperature
3.1. Signal source: imported CA sensor rod ± 0.5% .
3.2. Output controlled component: SSR solid-state node-free output to ensure accurate heating power.
Four. Electric heating system: stainless steel dust-free heating tube, using high-quality NI-CR heating wire, high insulation heat conduction modified magnesium oxide filled, evenly distributed around the outer wall of the studio, the temperature more uniform box.
5. Vacuum devices
5.1 high-quality two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump, low noise, no oil back, easy maintenance;
5.2 high-quality medical mechanical vacuum meter, can real-time display the degree of vacuum in the box.
6. The whole machine safety protection system
6.1. Adopt triple over-temperature protection system to ensure the overall safety performance of the box during Operation (see technical parameters for details) .
6.2. Internal electrical protection system (to ensure the smooth operation of internal electrical appliances, safe and reliable) :
