1.Box structure

1.1. Liner material: Use SUS304 # daily 800 times 1.5 mm thick mirror stainless steel plate, full welding treatment, and through alkaline soda water clean, oil to avoid baking PARTICLE1.

1.2. Shell material: the external use of 1.2 mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate by anti-rust treatment after plastic spray, stainless steel can also be used.

1.3. Insulation material: using 120K high-level insulation cotton, six-sided insulation insulation heat, insulation thickness of 80mm-150mm, good insulation performance.

1.4 carrier shelf: the space between layers can be adjusted according to the size of objects, and the space utilization rate is high.

2. Temperature control system

Japan Omron intelligent temperature controller, Constant Temperature Control mode, PID automatic calculation, with sensor wire break alarm function, with over-temperature alarm protection function, to ensure the safety of product operation.

3. Control the temperature

3.1. Signal source: imported CA sensor rod ± 0.5% .

3.2. Output controlled component: SSR solid-state node-free output to ensure accurate heating power.

4. The hot air circulation system in the box

4.1. Air Supply: horizontal or vertical air supply is adopted in the box.

4.2. Structure of air duct: high density punching air plate is adopted on both sides of air duct, and the angle of guide plate is precisely controlled to ensure the uniformity of temperature in the box.

4.3. Air Supply Device: adopt high-power three-phase asynchronous high-temperature-resistant long-shaft silent motor + large-caliber stainless steel turbine blades, the turbine is corrected horizontally to ensure the smooth operation of air, noise ≤65dB.

4.4. Air Supply device safety protection system: with over temperature overload overcurrent protection function, to ensure the motor and fan life and safety performance.

4.5 electric heating system: adopt stainless steel covered dust-free electric heating generator, clean and dust-free (seamless and clean stainless steel covered, high insulation heat conduction modified magnesium oxide pouring, no fire, safe and no leakage)

5. Clean the circulatory system
