一、Introduction

The inside of the glove box is isolated from the outside environment, and the gas purification system makes the box achieve a water-free and oxygen-free environment. It is mainly used in physical research, chemical research, powder metal, electronic industry, lithium battery research and production, special welding, Catalyst Research and production, new material research and production, pharmaceutical industry, special lamp research and production, OLED research, fine chemical industry, nuclear technology, semiconductor, body Technology, biological experiments and research.

二、Precautions for safe use

1. The power supply for the equipment AC 220V-50HZ, and pay attention to good grounding equipment.

2. The glove box can not turn on the purification function under the high temperature (the column temperature is higher than the normal temperature) , the use of equipment does not allow open charging and injection methods.

3. please keep the glove box system and box body clean, if there is fluid, please timely treatment.

4. Please adjust the pressure value of the air source connected to the equipment within the range of X. If the pressure of the air source is too high, please use the pressure reducing device, after decompressing, the equipment is reconnected with working gas (emotional gas or nitrogen gas) , reducing gas (mixed gas) , control gas (Compressed air gas, nitrogen gas or emotional gas) , 0.2 mpa < x < 0.5 mpa, reducing gas (mixed gas) , 0.2 mpa < x < 0.3 mpa, controlling gas (emotional gas or nitrogen gas) , 0.2 mpa < x < 0.5 mpa.

5. The reducing gas is a mixture of hydrogen (H2) and temperament gas or nitrogen gas, the content of hydrogen (H2) is 5-10% . If less than 5% , reduction is not complete, will affect the purification effect; if more than 10% , there will be a certain risk. Do not use brine or corrosive liquids in the cooling water of the purification system.

6. Do not hit or scratch or damage the glass panel of the box with sharp objects.

7. The glove box shall not be vacuumed or filled with high pressure. The pressure range of the box is-1500Pa ~ + 1500Pa.

8. The inner and outer doors of the transition cabin must be closed when vacuuming the transition cabin (tool cabin) . When using the automatic function, please adjust the manual valve to the closed state, to avoid the formation of negative pressure and damage to the box.

9. The inner door and the outer door of the transition cabin (tool cabin) shall not be opened at the same time, so as to prevent the external gas from diffusing directly into the box body and damaging the internal environment of the box.
